IC 20-34-4-2 states that every child residing in Indiana who is enrolled in an accredited elementary school or high school shall be immunized as determined by the state department of health.

IC 20-50-1-5 requires all school districts to post local & state contact information for scholars / families seeking support when experiencing homelessness.

Seclusion & Restraint
IC 20-20-40-13 requires all school districts to adopt rules concerning the use of restraint and seclusion in a school corporation with an emphasis on eliminating or minimizing the use of restraint and seclusion.

Vaccine Exemption
IC 20-34-3-2 states that a child may not be required to undergo any testing, examination, immunization, or treatment required under this chapter or IC 20-34-4 when the child's parent objects on religious grounds.
