Phalen Leadership Academies is excited to serve the students and families at Davis Elementary School as well as the Montgomery community. Our goal is to support our scholars at Davis in outperforming their peers and making Davis one of the strongest charters in the state. 

The PLA educational model utilizes best practices in data-driven instruction and differentiated learning to deliver instruction in core subjects, creating a uniquely rigorous and personalized learning experience for every child. Children who are behind academically receive the daily, personalized attention that they need to accelerate their progress towards proficiency.
