TBLA PROGRESSIVE DESIGN-BUILD PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT
Thea Bowman Leadership Academy (TBLA) seeks proposals from firms and/or individuals interested in providing contract services for a design build project.
The comprehensive RFP can be found on the PLA website HERE.
Proposals must be sealed, mailed or hand delivered to TBLA located at 3401 W. 5th Ave. Gary, IN 46204 no later than 2:00 PM cst, Friday, April 14, 2023. TBLA will not consider or accept a proposal received after the date and time specified for bid submission.
