Funding has been secured for a fence to double the size of our school garden! 

Our goal is to plant for food production so we can share produce with our children and families. 

Planning meetings were held with KCA staff and then KCE staff to plan for next year. Teachers are interested in pursuing projects involving beekeeping, chickens, irrigation systems, trellis construction, a certified Monarch waystation, a dye garden and creating a farmer’s market as well as growing fruits, vegetables and flowers.
