Book a pick-up time in the calendar below:

Step 3:

On the day of pick up, please ensure to:

• Show up on-time for your device pick-up appointment.
• Please only have the person who signed or will sign the waiver come in to pick-up the device.
• Keep a physical distance of 6-feet between others and yourself.
• Wear any sort of face covering (homemade mask, scarf or bandana over your nose and mouth)
